Process
Research, inspiration, sketches, prototypes, final build process, and a reflection on the final outcome.

Design Inspiration
Inspired by high end fabric chairs and camping chairs.

Product postioning
We positioned our chair between high end fabric outdoor chairs and high end camping chairs.

Life Cycle Analysis
One of the main goals to this project is to produce an LCA and have a reduced carbon footprint.
Camping chair exploration
We wanted to create something unique, practical, and still feel premium.
Prototype studes
Once we set on the basic idea through sketches, we moved it forward quick small scale models.

CAD to final build
Once we knew our design. We validated it in CAD like CL03D and Solidworks. Then finally built a quarter scale model.
